Illusion City (Entrance)
This is the place where everyone's characters will start. It has everything one could possibly need, and it would be a perfectly acceptable choice to stay there and never explore the rest. It changes often enough to be constantly interesting, and all comforts are attended to. Every couple of days, or at Jareth's will, the environment in the Illusion City will change. (Ren Faire, Laser Tag, ect) Only one of these will be in place at a time.

Living Quarters
There are six dormitory-style buildings, all clustered in a circle. In the center of this ring, there is a building which has a restaurant, a cafe, a library, a gym, and an entertainment room. The dormitory rooms are basic, but comfortable enough. They will not change to suit the owner, but furniture is provided. The dorms are each two stories tall, and each room has a window. It looks very similar to a standard motel, nothing too fancy but perfectly servicable. Think of a Motel 8 setting, and you've got the idea.

Ren Faire
Get ready to put on your medieval clothing! Want to dress up like Robin Hood? This is the town for you! The buildings are all covered in gauzy swaths of fabric, and there are tents and pavilions all over the place. There is an archery range, stables, and both rapier and heavy fighting. There are classes offered in medival cooking, needlecraft, singing, poem writing, and of course fighting. These will be available to any interested.

Science Center/Aquarium/Planetarium
It's time to learn! Those characters that are scientifically/educationally inclined will love this! This trio of educational entertainment offers days of enjoyment. The Science Center has many exhibits, offering insight into something, no matter what your level of understanding is. From the most ignorant to the most enlightened, there is something fun to do here. The Planetarium offers beautiful views of the night sky, as well as shows throughout the day to teach those who wish to learn about astronomy. The Aquarium is home to every imaginable creature of the oceans, rivers, and lakes, and not just Earth's. The triad of buildings is sure to provide lots of educational fun for everyone!

Amusement Park
This park features every attaction one could think of, and is much larger than any on Earth, or any other world. Roller coasters of all heights, several ferris wheels, a Midway with many different games, bumper cars... the list goes on and on. If it's at an amusement park, this place has it. Of course, no such place would be worthwhile without food, and this place has cotton candy, popcorn, candy apples, and everything else that could be imagined in abundance.

Board Games
Have you ever wondered what it would be like to be in one of your favorite board games? Perhaps your house will turn to chocolate, like in Candyland. Perhaps you will play a pawn in a chess game, or even a queen. Perhaps you will take the place of the boot or the tophat in Monopoly. This town is all about the fun and games, and everyone is welcome to play.

Laser Tag
Imagine what it would be like to have your entire landscape turn into a giant game of laser tag? Players are equiped with laser guns, and barriers, hiding places, and all sorts of little nooks and crannies spring out of nowhere. Those who play will have an advantage, as even those who don't will be fair game and legal targets. Of course, your charcter will not be restricted to use of the laser guns. Any natural talents, so long as they are not lethal, are fair game here.

Labyrinth
"Take the Labyrinth, for example. Even if you get through it, you'll never get out again"...

Stone Labyrinth
It should be simple enough, if somewhat time consuming, to travel through a typical labyrinth of this type. Just follow one of the high stone walls all the way, and you should have no problem. Unfortunately, a powerful illusion makes it appear is if their are no openings or turns. In fact, it looks rather like a long stone hallway that goes on forever. Even once this illusion is penetrated, the stone labyrinth remains no easy task. Strange creatures will foil any attempt you make you mark your path, and the walls will suddenly shift and change entirely. A mixture of luck and intelligent choices will be all that get you through this section of the labyrinth.

Oubliettes
The labyrinth is a devious and ever-changing place, and one of the things that can happen at any time, no matter how well you are doing, is that you can be dumped into a hole to be forgotten. The Oubliettes are a constant threat, as they open up all over the place to snare the unwary. Once there, despair is your biggest enemy, for there are ways out of you have a little bit of creativity and imagination. But it would be all to easy to simply sit in the stone prison and give up all hope. If trapped here, food and water will be provided, but nothing else.

Tunnels
If you are lucky enough to break out of the oubliette, or if you simply solve the stone portion of the labyrinth, you will find yourself in a dark tunnel. Strange creatures live here, and it is dusty, filled with cobwebs, and large stone faces on the walls will constantly tell you you're going the wrong way. This is an area that is just as convoluted, only it's underground. It is lit by flickering torches. At several points, there are ladders leading up. Most of them are to dead ends, but one particularly rickety ladder will lead you up into the sunlight again, and to the next stage of the labyrinth.

Plant Labyrinth
As you emerge from the tunnels, the smell of green, growing things becomes apparent. It is bright here, a nice change from the dust and dark of the tunnels. And this labyrinth is much easier, on some level. For one thing, the green walls stay stationary, and it doesn't change as the stone labyrinth did. However, as this portion is closer to the Goblin City, goblins patrol here, and all manner of odd creatures make their home in this part. There are beings here that exist solely to confuse those to ask them questions, and to mislead them so that they get hopelessly lost within the green walls of this part of the Labyrinth. If you are very lucky, you may make it through to one of the stone doors that lead to the next part of the Labyrinth.

Forest
Stone doors open up onto a sort of rainforest, filled will tall trees, water-loving planets, and all manner of animals and insects. There are no walls, stone or plant, that mark out the Labyrinth here, but it is a maze nevertheless. The place has it's own sort of beauty, but the animal life here makes it quite dangerous. Fantastical creatures roam freely, equally likely to attack you as to simply observe. The trees are thick, and there's quite a bit of underbrush, making it fairly hard to figure out where you are. The forest seems, while you're in it, to go on forever. If you are lucky, from the forest you may pass into the outskirts of the goblin city. Of course, if you have annoyed Jareth, your fate might be quite different.

Bog of Eternal Stench
Jareth is not the type to make invading the Goblin City easy. If he feels that you are doing too well, or if you simply annoy him too much, you be be 'pitched head first into the bog of eternal stench'. This place may look like any bog, with swampy, mirky water, scrubby trees, and all manner of birds and insects, but it has one important difference. The smell coming from this place is so horrible that it's an effort of will to even move through it. So much as one foot set into the standing water will make you smell bad for the rest of your life. There is a dirt path that runs along the edge, but it is treacherous and slippery, and a mere few feet wide. A small, rickety bridge leads into the outskirts of the Goblin City, and the giant trash heap that the creatures have generated.

Trash Heap outside the Goblin City
Apparently, Goblins aren't the cleanest creatures ever. These piles of garbage are well over ten feet tall, and all sorts of odd things can be found there. There is no set path through it, and one must scramble over the heaps of garbage to get anywhere. Finally, with some determination, it is possible to win free and then you may approach Jareth's last defense, the Goblin City itself.
Goblin City/Jareth's Castle (Center of the Labyrinth)

Goblin City
As you approach the city, which is guarded by thick, tall walls and study gates, there's one thing that immediately becomes apparent. The fortifications are nearly useless, because for some reason, the guard on duty is nearly always sleeping. Even loud talking doesn't wake him up. Also, the gates stand open to you, and you are welcomed in by cheering throngs of goblins. You have won through to the Goblin City, and as such, you are eligable to live there. Those who choose to do so keep their old rooms in the City of Illusions, but are now given an entire house to themselves. As illusion gets stronger to the middle of the Labyrinth, this house can be altered. While retaining it's appearance as a sturdy, but plain stone building on the outside, on the inside it will look as you want it to. Of course, if you have particularly impressed Jareth, you may find yourself invited to even better accomadations.

Jareth's Palace
To those few who impress the King of the Labyrinth, a special honor will be given. There are a few suites in Jareth's Palace that he will allow a chosen few to live. As well as these luxurious, three-bedroom suites, all sorts of beautiful or interesting places are to be found there. The library, ballroom, games room, and gym here are at least twice as good as those found in the City of Illusions. The amenities are available to those who have won through the Labyrinth, regardless of where they live, but the suites are available only to those who have won them. Of course, the largest and grandest of the suites is occupied by the Goblin King himself. And, as his illusion magic is strongest here, there is really no telling what you will run into at any given time. Gravity may reverse, staircases may suddenly move... it's just impossible to say.
